Luton Youth Percussion Orchestra

Led by energetic percussionist Billy Strachan, Luton Youth Percussion Orchestra (LYPO) delivers a diverse range of percussive pieces for students, enjoying the opportunity to play percussion from snare drum and timpani to xylophones and marimba.

The group performs in a concert at the end of every term and has taken part in the National Festival of Music for Youth Summer 2020 virtual festival.

Come along and take up your sticks; we know you’ll love it!
