Mini Music

Mini Music sessions give children aged 4-8 the chance to take their first steps in music.

Complete beginner sessions available for children aged 5+ who are in full-time education (Yr R – Yr2): Concert at the end of each term for parents.

The classes aim to stimulate and develop children’s natural curiosity in music through singing together and playing instruments such as glockenspiels and percussion. These activities promote musicianship, ensemble skills and teamwork, and boost confidence, as well as developing singing and instrumental skills.

As they grow and develop musically, the children will be introduced to the instruments of the orchestra in readiness for starting instrumental lessons.

Parents can accompany their child for the trial session or enjoy refreshments provided by Costa.

My children get so much out of the sessions. They are great fun and as well as learning music. She has grown in confidence and made friends.
