Older or more advanced pupils will usually require one-to-one tuition in order to reach their full potential in music, and we can help, through our Hub Accredited Tutors (HATs).
Hub Accredited Tutors (HATs) are freelance tutors who provide one-to-one music lessons in secondary schools during school time, arranged through school Heads of Music (and also in some cases privately outside school time). For primary age children, Luton Music Service (LMS) provides small group tuition in school time.
HATs are experienced music tutors who undergo regular quality assurance and safeguarding checks and can access Continuing Professional Development opportunities through LMS. They are also entitled to offer to their students offer low cost instrument hire, low cost membership of LMS groups and centres and LMS and Mix performance opportunities.
